| Shin-Ei High Tech Co., Ltd. is located in the
Suranaree industrial park, which is some 50 minutes northeast of Bangkok,
Thailand by air, not far from the ancient capital of Korat. The plant
mainly produces parts for hard disk drive motors, VCRs, and automobiles.
Its operations have been expanding steadily since it opened in 1995, and
today it is the NSC Group's largest manufacturing facility. |

| Shin-Ei Precision (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (Old company name NSU CO.,LTD)is
located in Ayutthaya, which is approximately 30 minutes' drive north of
Bangkok. It opened in April 2002 as the NSC Group's second largest production
facility in Thailand. Equipped with an integrated production system incorporating
die production, machining, and ED coating operations, the plant manufactures
cases for computer hard disk drives and drive motor parts. |
